Never suffered from any of these/Exactly only when i wake up then slowly fades away.the pain is coming from the lower parts of the abdomen(love handles including the back, the lumbar &iliac region)
the area affected by pain as per your description makes us think of three possibilities, based on the anatomy of the area: musculoskeletal (muscle spasm, ligament or tendon inflammation), renal (kidney stone or sludge), and ovaries (ovarian torsion, whereby the blood supply to the ovaries twists around itself and produces severe pain). The pain is localized so it is unlikely to be a nerve root compression/entrapment which typically has associated pain radiation down the leg and is usually one-sided. Now since the pain occurs upon waking up in the morning and improves throughout the day (with motion), this sort of precludes a renal source of the pain which is expected to occur at any time during the day, and makes it most likely due muscle/tendon/ligament inflammation due to poor sleeping position or uncomfortable bedding. You may benefit from non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs, and obviously if your mattress is uncomfortable you will have to change it.
Again, because there are many structures in the affected area that may produce pain, I advise you to get a basic physical exam by a physician to better localize the pain source. A routine urinalysis may be beneficial to rule out kidney stone/sludge.
Another possibility is also chronic constipation: if you notice that the pain is alleviated after passing bowel movement and/or flatus in the morning, then this could be the underlying cause.

Annual Checkup
It is recommended that all individuals see a Family Doctor for a full medical examination annually. Adults should get their blood pressure checked (US Preventive Task Force), a flu vaccine (CDC) and more each year.
The American Dental Association recommends dental cleanings for adults at least twice annually. Some stains can only be removed by a professional cleaning.
It’s recommended by the American Academy of Ophthalmology that every adult between the ages of 18 and 80 does an eye examination at least once every two years.
It's recommended by the American Cancer Association that every adult between the age of 20 and 80 does an annual skin screening by a licensed dermatologist.
