Eye Twitching, a type of eye spasm that could involve the eyelids, eyebrows, or both is usually a unilateral (on one side) slight spasm of your lower or upper eyelid, or occasionally both eyelids. It is common benign condition, and usually resolves in a few days. This can be associated with lack of sleep, stress, or excess caffeine. Warm compressors, checking your vision (especially if you already have refractive errors), using artificial tears (eyes get dry with prolonged exposure to computer screens), and reducing caffeine intake may help.
