My nose are always closed when sleeping even by the day also sometime, when i wack up most of the time i have headache this condition is so almost a year now.please help.thanks

What you are describing are possible symptoms of sinusitis and/ or allergic rhinitis. what you need is a CT or Xray of sinuses and treatment which includes intranasal steroids and possible antibiotics in addition to antihistamine.
A nose examination is primordial to see if there's a bone spur blocking the airway and to see the turbinates as well as the nasal mucosa before starting any exploration and treatment. The headache could be a result of the nasal obstruction.
