Whenever the sperm analysis is back to normal then you will have a chance of getting pregnant. Chance of pregnancy is only 15% per month if everything is within normal. And you should keep in mind that correcting the varicocele doesn't always correct the sperm analysis so you have to try assisted reproductive techniques. Good luck
If the sperm analysis is abnormal and we operate the varicocele, the sperm exam is expected to return to the normal levels after 3 months (time needed for the spermatozoides to migrate from the testis, to be present in the sperm).
But you are stating that the testosterone level is also low. In this case, it is important to complete the necessary hormonal tests to rule out any endocrinologic cause.
