Usually Botox is used for underarms, palms and soles and not for the facial excessive sweating. The usual antisudative creams can cause irritation if applied on the face so it's better to avoid them. Do you apply a sunscreen when you sweat alot? sometimes a sunscreen can increase the sweating and just use the ones of light texture and not creamy ones. You can also use antisudative soaps like the ones of SVR which can decrease the sweating but will not stop it. There are pills that can be given to decrease sweating but they have alot of side effects and I won't advise you to use them.
