My doctor ordered primolut nor pills from 26 july to 1 august in order to get my period on 4 or 5 august. Is that correct because i read that it is used to postpone the period only
Whenever you give progesterone ( primolut nor) for 5-6 days and than you stop it, you will have what we call PROGESTERONE WITHDRAWL test, so you will have your period after stopping it in 2 to 5 days,
It works better when given in the second half of your cycle
So yes it can postpone your period if given in the correct time sequence
