My diet is 2 eggs as breakfast ,salad or lentils as a lunch and no dinner with 1 hour treadmill and workouts everyday , how soon enough will i see weight loss?Any recommends for remove of stretch mark
When you follow a diet ,try to make your diet fullfill your body requirement of proteins and little carbohydrate and small amount of fats ,beside large amount of fluids and water intake ,this plan will make you stay as a longer term diet and with no problems related to your health ,if not done so ,you may lose lots of calories and thus kilograms but you may become fainted or tired or sick.
So better to drop gradually in weight ,for sure the described diet you mention will drop you in weight but it is unhealthy for the long term and you can not follow for the rest of your life .
concerning stretch marks,their cause is because of a sudden change in weight in the body so that the skin have no time to change slowly ,sudden weight change will make a sudden break in the skin known as stretch marks .
so to minimize their appearance ,try to lose weight gradually and moisturize your skin with coconut oil or other moisturizers .
As for the stretch marks treatmen,better prevention than treatment ,no effective treatment is found ,some creams may have slight help .
