My boyfriend has a slim penis & his testicles are loose like saggy bags & a bit small; he once told me he has varicose in his testicles so my question is could he be infertile?
penile dimension has nothing to do with infertility,
in some instances small testicles can be a sign of hormonal imbalances..
he should do a spermogram to assess his fertility..
