My 10 weeks old baby has gas all time...We tried fennel,gripe water and now restropinal but his issue is not solved yet.Shall we wait till 3 months old or do we need to switch formula (Novalac AC)?
You can try switching to a different formula that could provide relief; there's no point waiting till he's 3 months old because switching milk formulas is harmless and waiting more (because by the age of 3 months problems of colics and gassiness start to resolve on their own) is not a good idea because meanwhile he'll still be in discomfort.
