For many years, I've had a black mole with a diameter of 1cm. I'm afraid it's skin melanoma. Should I go to a special cancer surgical clinic to remove it or a good surgeon can remove & clean it?
You should let a dermatologist examine it and he will be able to let you know if it is benign and can be left or if it needs to be removed. Since it is small the dermatologist can remove it easily in case it needs to be removed.
