I've been experiencing abdominal pain and white tongue for 4 months I'm worried sick what could it be why it isn't going away I took fludinium(physican diagnose as stress) nothing changed

Some common causes of a white tongue include dehydration, dry mouth, excessive alcohol use, fever and smoking. Uncommonly, more serious conditions should be ruled out. Even though a white tongue is usually a temporary and harmless condition, it is worth seeing a Gastroenterologist if it hurts or if it lasts more than a couple of weeks.
