In your previous question, you mentioned that you have done a number of tests (blood and imaging). If the results were within normal, you need to make sure that the liver and gall bladder are normal (usually trouble on those also causes nausea, jaundice (اصفرار), fatigue, loss of appetite) or kidney problem, by running blood tests (liver and gall bladder enzymes + echo, kidney ultrasound). If these too are OK, it could very well be an inflammation in the nerve that supplies the affected area, in which case a thorough neurologic exam is needed to make the diagnosis.
