IThere is a 23 year old boy who had a blow on his head due to a car accident 13 days ago.He is now in a coma some nervous cells were damage now his respiration is almost adjusted can he live normaly ?

I really can't tell you much. Brain cells, neurons, die in few minutes without oxygen and, essentially, aren't replaced. But I wouldn't have a way to know how extensive the damage is and where the damage is, what his Glasgow scores are like and these are significant because the level of coma as measured on the Glasgow coma scale is predictive of the outcome.
