the testicule are usually outside the human body in a sac, so that their temperature is lowest than the body temperature (37 degree). so any prolonged exposition of heat to testicules it would raise their temperature , and expose the process of production of spermatozoa to damage. refer to a urologist if there has been any real study, about it. but laptops, are supposed to be far from the human body (not necessarily in the lap, as they are called) . I always put it on a table or on the ground, etc ..
