Yes it's OK. To date there is no known interaction between amoxicillin-clavulanic acid (the compound that makes up Augmentin) and eggs.
Allow me to use this answer as an opportunity to underline the importance of always reading the medication pamphlet/instruction leaflet especially if it's a medication you're using for the first time, to avoid allergic reactions (like if you'r known to have allergy to penicillin you must never take penicillin-like meds such as amoxicillin), drug-drug interactions, or drug-food interactions (e.g., tea decreases the absorption of calcium tabs), and to be aware of possible side effects.
