The condition in which ejaculation happens quickly is known as premature ejaculation. It is a lack of control over ejaculation control, with a short time between starting intercourse and ejaculation (less than 1 to 2 min) despite a normal sexual activity frequency, associated with couple's dissatisfaction.
Though there is no organic cause that can explain premature ejaculation, its correct mechanism is not yet known. It could be related to genetic predisposition, penile hypersensitivity or psychogenic factors.
Ejaculation problems in men can have physical or psychological causes, including:
-medications, such as some antidepressants (delayed orgasm)
