Microfat grafting is a procedure where fat is harvested with a very special technique and special canula, then processed through irrigation and sometimes centrifugation then injected with specific canulas all of that to preserve the quality of fat and guarantee its uptake. It gives excellent results for facial rejuvenation and enhancements in the hands of board certified plastic surgeons. There are some bruising for less than a week and swelling. Most of the time it is done under local anesthesia but in a sterile environment. It is a grafting procedure so the fat stays and it doesn't have any limitation in time.
