I'm having a sudden dizziness like the room is falling for a few seconds with disbalance and latly pain in the neck muscles , is it fibromyalgie? And what should i do?
First of all, fibromyalgia is a diagnosis of exclusion, meaning that we only think of it when l a patient whose initial presenting symptoms are ambiguous and ill-defined have been extensively and exhaustively worked up, and the results of all the investigations turned out to be negative.
Second of all, what you're describing sounds more like vertigo (when you get the feeling that the room is spinning) rather than dizziness (when your body feels out of balance). The only way to tell for sure whether your symptoms consist of vertigo versus dizziness is by getting a proper physical examination by a physician. The doctor will perform certain special maneuvers to assess the balance of your body, your gait (ability to walk properly), what triggers this "dizziness" and how it's related to the position and movement of your body, whether it gets worse or better when you close your eyes etc. This will help the doctor determine the source of the dizziness, because there are more than one structure in the nervous system that are responsible for maintaining the equilibrium of our body.
The neck pain may or may not be related to this dizziness. This can be delineated more clearly during the clinical evaluation.

Annual Checkup
It is recommended that all individuals see a Family Doctor for a full medical examination annually. Adults should get their blood pressure checked (US Preventive Task Force), a flu vaccine (CDC) and more each year.
The American Dental Association recommends dental cleanings for adults at least twice annually. Some stains can only be removed by a professional cleaning.
It’s recommended by the American Academy of Ophthalmology that every adult between the ages of 18 and 80 does an eye examination at least once every two years.
It's recommended by the American Cancer Association that every adult between the age of 20 and 80 does an annual skin screening by a licensed dermatologist.
