If all the previously mentioned tests were done, were repeated after 6 months and were negative, there is no need to do more tests.
The other STDs often give symptoms, and the corresponding tests will be done accordingly.
If there are no symptoms and you have the "other" STDs, those don't have any incidence on your general health. Furthermore, no really sensitive test exist for those.
