I woke up wz a swollen cheek, part of my gum is swollen and swelling has extended to my eye accompanied wz slight pain when i exert a pressure.i had experienced a flu and a severe headache z day b4.
This could be cellulitis (inflammation of the skin) that resulted from an underlying sinusitis. In other words, the sinus on the affected side got infected and this has expanded to involve the skin. Another possibility is something going on in the parotid gland, an infection or obstruction for some reason, especially if the involved area is the lower jaw below the ear lobe. You need to have a doctor examine you to tell for sure what this is.
