I went to a gyneco to check an irregular period when he examed me he told me there was no sign that my ovulation happend this month

Usually irregular period is associated with anovulation.. And there are multiple causes for anovulation to occur: Polycystic ovaries, hormonal and endocrine problems and multiple other causes... An ultrasound, clinical examination and some blood studies might give you the cause

The most common cause of irregular period at your age is anovulation (no ovulation), it is not worrisome but if it happens every month it will be good to see a doctor to initiate treatment. You can not stay without a period for too long
