I've had these two small firm bumps on the back left side of my neck for a few years now. They are not the same on the right side of my neck. What could they be?

Dr. Fadi Abbas Oncology & Hematology
these can be some fibrotic (sclerotic)lymph nodes, related to old teeth infection, or old otitis (infection in the ear) or tonsillitis (infection of the tonsilla), etc. if for years they are not increasing in size, it is for sure something not to worry about. sometimes, we can do a neck ultrasound to the check the neck and the thyroid gland, for once , in the general usual check up.

it could be fibroma or old lymph nodes excision is the solution
