I started Isosupra 2 months ago but I still have pimples and red marks. The doctor gave me Nadixa but I'm afraid it won't get better by August which is the last month of treatment.
What you have is called flare up of the medicine. Unfortunately isotretinoin can make acne worse at first. Usually the flare-up lasts only a couple of weeks, but in some people the flare-up can be very severe and occur for several months (your case). If you have a severe flare-up of your skin condition, additional medication such as oral steroids, antibiotics (such as nadixa prescribed by your doctor) or acne surgery (cautery of comedones) may be required, and the dose of isotretinoin may need to be adjusted.
Two months is still too early to say that you may not respond or your responsivity is slow; usually the course is given in 6 months if slow responsivity, then the doctor adds antibiotics (already done by your doctor) or patients may receive one or more further courses of isotretinoin. This may be at a similar dose and duration as before, or it may differ from previously.
Don't worry, there is still time for treatment usually by 6 months most patients of acne are satisfied.
Don't miss if there is other cause of acne such as PCOS (acne+irregular mens+obesity+excess facial hair) to prevent acne recurrence after duration of isosupra treatment is finished.

Annual Checkup
It is recommended that all individuals see a Family Doctor for a full medical examination annually. Adults should get their blood pressure checked (US Preventive Task Force), a flu vaccine (CDC) and more each year.
The American Dental Association recommends dental cleanings for adults at least twice annually. Some stains can only be removed by a professional cleaning.
It’s recommended by the American Academy of Ophthalmology that every adult between the ages of 18 and 80 does an eye examination at least once every two years.
It's recommended by the American Cancer Association that every adult between the age of 20 and 80 does an annual skin screening by a licensed dermatologist.
