I spend most of my time sitting . From about a year and till now , each month approximately I suffer from a continuous pain in my knees and this last for 3 to 5 days and then the pain stops .

sitting for long time this means that no sports activity too. the result is increase in weight and muscle weakness. this will cause pain and muscle fatigue. there is a need for sports activities, weight loss in case it is above the normal limits and muscle strengthening exercises mostly quadriceps to release the stress on the knees.
