I saw lupus symptoms. how many symptom should we have to start thinking it can be our case? my rheumatologist said i have fibro but never mentioned lupus, should i ask her about it?

Malar rash: butterfly-shaped rash across cheeks and nose

Antinuclear antibodies (ANA): a positive test in the absence of drugs known to induce it. A special note on the ANA test
