This condition is known as pompholyx, or dishydrosis. It is a form of eczema (medical term atopic dermatitis) that affects the skin on the hands and feet. You see blisters in crops (small groups) that are deep into the ski. They aare filled with a clear fluid (the sebum, which is usually secreted by the sebaceous glands to protect and moisturize the skin). They become red andccause intense itching. Once they break or peel off, the sebum comes out and forms crusts.
The condition is aggravated by exposure to irritants like water or detergents - wearing gloves is a must. An infection may occur (by a fungus or bacteria) and these blisters become especially painful.
Treatment:
Soak the affected parts in water and vinegar for 15 min 4 times daily - this will help them dry up faster.
After that, dry them by patting and apply moisturizer.
If they get infected, you will need an antibiotic (if it's a bacterial infection) or an antifungal (if the infection is caused bya fungus). In this sscenario you will need to see a dermatologist to tell which is the right treatment and whether topical cream is enough or there's a need for oral treatment.
Topical steroid creams are important to decrease the inflammation.

Annual Checkup
It is recommended that all individuals see a Family Doctor for a full medical examination annually. Adults should get their blood pressure checked (US Preventive Task Force), a flu vaccine (CDC) and more each year.
The American Dental Association recommends dental cleanings for adults at least twice annually. Some stains can only be removed by a professional cleaning.
It’s recommended by the American Academy of Ophthalmology that every adult between the ages of 18 and 80 does an eye examination at least once every two years.
It's recommended by the American Cancer Association that every adult between the age of 20 and 80 does an annual skin screening by a licensed dermatologist.
