I noticed a wart on my finger, it is a little bit itchy/burning..can I remove it if I am pregnant (15 weeks)? If yes, what is a safe way to have it removed before it grows or proliferate?

Dr. Ghassan Nawfal Surgery
If it is a wart then you are right that it can be contagious. You will know that by looking at its tip with a magnifier. If you notice pinpoint spots on it than it is a wart. In any case the treatment can be one of three types: 1. Surgical removal under local anesthesia. 2. Removal at a dermatologist's office with liquid nitrogen without anesthesia. 3. Using special drops that can be found in pharmacies and applied over the lesion for a few days until it disappears.
All three ways are safe in pregnancy.
