I need to delay my period since I'm going on vacation.I was once told to use duphaston,I used it but it didn't actually delay it,however,the period was not heavy at all what i had. any recommendation?
Duphaston should do.start it 1week before your anticipated period.take 1tablet morning and evening.be punctual,that is take it at the same time every day.take it till you return from your vacation
