Dr. Fadi Abbas Oncology & Hematology
a routine health check by a physician can be obviously obligatory. A complete examination, auscultation, blood pressure, etc .
Some blood tests are needed, to check if there is anemia (low level of red blood cells, etc , or any deficiency in vitamins, or salts problems (calcium, magnesium, etc) , or high cholesterol or triglycerides, or problem with thyroid gland, or even diabetus (sugar disease)
Most often more than 80% of problems of fatigue are solved by finding out, a minor health problem that can be solved by correcting the problem.

I agree with Dr Abbas.
If this fatigue is affecting your concentration and performance, you need to consult.
