I knw sm1 who's once happy with his life and love his family but suddenly sometimes during the day he begins saying that ohh no one loves me in this fam i hate u all, etc he becomes a diff person WHY?
this fluctuation in mood may indicate a bipolar disorder ,it may be due to depression where the person feel that he is alone and nobody loves him.
The best way to protect that person is to remind him(with the help of therapist or others) that what he’is going through won’t last.
Here are some tips to help protect oneself from the highest of highs or the lowest of lows:
-Don't act, this is the most important thing one can do
-Take a breath moments filled with high emotions can become intense.
- Thinking about a situation objectively can help you see where emotion is taking place. This means trying to look at the facts of the situation without imposing your view of them.
-In moments of distress, talk to someone. This can be a family member or close friend. While you’re talking about your problems, don’t forget to listen to what he or she is telling you.
-If it is driving one crazy, trying doing something physical is helpfull ,stress and anxiety do a fantastic job of muddling up your head, so getting your heart rate pumping through exercise instead of stress can help you clear your head when things get worrisome.

Annual Checkup
It is recommended that all individuals see a Family Doctor for a full medical examination annually. Adults should get their blood pressure checked (US Preventive Task Force), a flu vaccine (CDC) and more each year.
The American Dental Association recommends dental cleanings for adults at least twice annually. Some stains can only be removed by a professional cleaning.
It’s recommended by the American Academy of Ophthalmology that every adult between the ages of 18 and 80 does an eye examination at least once every two years.
It's recommended by the American Cancer Association that every adult between the age of 20 and 80 does an annual skin screening by a licensed dermatologist.
