I have varicocele and i did a sperm test. count 17m /motility (slow&rapid prog) 55%/ morphology 60% normal / days of abstinence 0 as dr didnt tell me. Is that a good result ?
The main problem found among the listed values is the sperm count.
It is usually better to have > 20 million per ml (or a total of 40 million).
But this is due for sure to the fact that you had no abstinence at all.
You can repeat the test after an abstinence period of 3 to 5 days.
