I have seb sometimes a flaky skin but not to much ,my qst any good moisturizer for face as i saw it must be fragrance free with balanced oil ingredient ,iask a brand name even if isnt exist inlocal tx
Seborrheic dermatitis treatment is not just based on moisturizer. I have answered another question you sent previously and I would suggest you start with what I suggested. There are different intensities in seborrheic dermatitis that can be checked upon examination. In severe cases sometimes we can even give pills. Start with cleaning your face with something smooth then if it doesn't improve then check what to be added with your dermatologist.
