I have pain in my chest and connected to my back ..and when i eat the more my stomach so tight and the more i feel the pain..Is it gas? What medicine i want to take..?
pain in the chest radiating to the back, may have many causes, depending on the age, sex, and the factors that go with it. but priority in such kind of pain is given to the heart or lungs. so you have to be checked by a cardiologist to rule out any cardiac or respiratory problems. other common causes are return of acid from stomach into the esophagus termed (reflux) and this should be investigated and it is easy to be treated by restriction of some food and taking specific ani-acid medication. some times this might be associated with an entity called hiatal hernia where part of your stomach goes into the esophagus or into the chest. so if medico-nutritional treatment fails you should do some imaging and endoscopy. just as a note, never eat 2 hours before sleeping.
