I have numbness tingling only in the sole of both feet. I have a bad neck posture(hunched) and 2 years ago i had slightly elevated uric acid. And 2 weeks ago hip and legs pain maybe from neck posture
Maybe it is time you rechecked your uric acid levels, especially if your diet is high in red meat. Your complaints are diffuse in nature - they involve both sides of the body and are affecting multiple sites. The problem in your neck posture is not a plausible explanation of the hip and leg pain. If you additionally suffer from excess weight, this is a major factor that produces joint pain. A comprehensive assessment in the clinic, looking into a general physical examination, exploring any inherited diseases, in addition to basic lab tests (such as cholesterol levels, uric acid levels, fasting blood sugar and such) are recommended.
