I have no fever but the red spots are bumpy like mosquitoes bites & some places like elbow and behind the knee are bigger. They appear @ a certain time then disappear then appear again in other place?

This description is different from the one you provided earlier - that the rash started over your lower extremities and then spread to your entire body. Typically, a rash that waxes and wanes is a type of hives, what we medically call urticaria. The majority of acute urticaria episodes are called idiopathic, meaning no identifiable cause for them exists. If a cause can be found, it's likely to be an infection, food or drug allergy, or an insect sting. Acute hives usually resolve on their own. More often than not, urticaria shows up in the evening or in the morning just after waking. Itching is typically worse at night, which interferes with sleeping. In any case, any kind of rash has to been directly seen by a physician in order to be able to determine the exact nature of it.
