I have eczema looking spots on my penis, two or three. When i pop the tiny amount of puss, the pore remains read and scabby. It's been a couple of months now. How should i treat this?
This is not a description of eczema. Pus might be related to a folliculitis; or more adequately to what we call molluscum contagiosum; which is a sexually transmitted disease. Or it can be simply a phyisiologic gland. You have to get tested to have a definite diagnosis.
