I have been using "Roaccutane " since September 2012 to get red of acne. However, I don't like drinking much water and my arms got really dry. Do you think that I should stop it?

Dr. Rola Al Dhaybi Dermatology
Roaccutane is a medication and it should be taken under your dermatologist's supervision. You should consult your doctor for follow-up and be examined to check the cause of your dryness, it could be related to the drug and it could not. Once you have started such a treatment it is better to complete it.

Why don't you try solving the dryness by using moisturizer?

Roaccutane gives dryness of skin that is its side effect even if you drink water you have to utilize a moisturizer I agree with Dr. Khater. Don't stop roaccutane, the moisturizer helps solve the problem of dryness of all my patients.
