I have been experiencing pain during sexual intercourse and sometimes bleeding. Test results show the presence of microcysts. Is this something to worry about?

when having bleeding, we should rule out any cervical or vaginal lesion,,
so a pap smear should be done, and a vaginal as well as a pelvic Ultrasound .
if these test come out to be normal, try to use some lubricant to minimize the traumatic effect of friction
