Dr. Rola Al Dhaybi Dermatology
People who have dry skin need to use hydrating creams on regular basis especially after showering and in winter. Avoid rubbing the skin during shower, use gentle medical shower creams during bathing and apply the hydrating cream right after shower. It is a recurrent problem and whenever treatment is stopped it can recur. In humid seasons such as in summer usually this problem resolves and most people will not present dryness.

The problem of dry skin should be treated with emollient cream (moisturizers) and gel for washing your hands and bathing. After every shower or bath apply hydrating cream and the most important thing is to drink enough water.
