Chronic nosebleeds might be related to a simple tiny blood vessel injuries, along with very serious underlying diseases, such as infections, polyps(being originated in the sinuses or from the nasal septum),tumors of the nose and sinuses. Hypertension, and anticoagulants also can be causing factors. Apparently your treatment will be addressed only after evaluating the reason.
