I have a blue mole on my arm ever since I was kid (however not from birth) and its size has increased a bit since then. Should I be worried?

Dr. Mohamad Siblini Surgery
blue is not an accurate color, it should be brown, gray, black , orange, or orange yellow, and red. whatever the color, the main 2 indications that you should worry about are the increase in size over the last period and the change in color. if so check with your physician for further evaluation.

This could be a typical blue naevi or naevus bleu. This is most of the time a benign lesion due to the proliferation of melanocytes (coloring cells of the skin) deep into your dermis. It could be excised surgically or followed up. But if you notice a change in form, contour, size, refer to your dermatologist for advice.
