I had a rhinoplasty 1 day ago. I slept barely 2 hrs. how to ease pain and discomfort?? please help me Im getting an anxiety from my nose pain and headache
It is normal to feel some pain after a rhinoplasty. That is due to the ecchymosis that you get around the eyes and there compression feeling. Plus your breathing is impaired due to the what is inserted in your nose. Stick to your surgeon protocol. Whash your nose with normal saline sprays or solution regularly without blowing your nose out. If the pain remains, then refer to your plastic surgeon again.
