I feel dizzy when i stand up ,but it hurts my head alot as if someone is squeezing it. There is no vomitting bcz i directly sit down,but if i didnt i vomit immediately.
You will need to be seen in the clinic for a more thorough evaluation of your condition - dizziness versus vertigo, as these are two different entities and the management of each differs than that of the other. Examination of the visual acuity, inner ear function, balance are necessary to coin the underlying cause. Possible iron deficiency anemia needs to be ruled out as well, in addition to dehydration and poor nutrition.
