I don't have chest hair and I have a little facial hair yet I'm 18 years old. Is that normal? And is it bad to shave with a razor the smooth hair on parts of my face?
As long as you are gaining enough height and are healthy (i.e., you do not have any medical condition, or abnormal physical findings such as breast tissue), this should not be worrisome. It is most likely a normal variant (familial). In fact, some men actually prefer not to have much bodily hair for aesthetic reasons.
