I did and he gave me zydac it didnt work then he gave me omeprazole also it didnt improve my case.. Is it something normal or something i should worry about? Knowing that it only happen when i sleep

The persistent acid reflux could very well be due to hormonal mechanisms and/or mechanical forces (your uterus is large enough at this stage of pregnancy and is compressing against your stomach, thus promoting reflux). You should try avoiding late dinners - always eat at least 2 hours before bedtime. Elevate you pillows by 45 degrees. Avoid foods that promote acid reflux like chocolate, mint, tomato sauce, and spices. And again please refer to your doctor regarding your treatment options and adjusting your medications.
