This itchy sensation during ejaculation is not (in general) an indicator of an infection, in particular a sexually transmitted infection (STI); usually there are abnormal secretions and urinary symptoms like burning or pain upon urination. If you are not certain about the STI status of that sexual partner, you could have a urine culture taken. In any case remember that an antibiotic cannot be started haphazardly and it is chosen based upon the results of culture (what bacteria appears).
