I did a rhinoplasty since 2 months, under local anesthesia, and I still have some swelling in the tip of the nose and it's hard, also still feel some pain and blood comes out every 2-3 days. Normal?!
Depending on what have been done to your nose, specially to your tip, depending on the thickness of your nose skin, swelling may last till one year. It will diminish over a year and your result will be improving during that time. But the final result of a rhinoplasty is assessed after one year.
As for the bleeding, you should consider a consultation with your surgeon to see if it has anything to do with your surgery or if it has to be thoroughly assessed.
