I am not taking dinner, does it a bad habit. Sometimes i don't even take breakfast. The reason is my BMI is 26 and i wan to reduce few kgs.

Skipping meals is not a good idea. To loose weight you need to cut down on the total amount of calories you take per day and increase your metabolism by exercising regularly.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it gives "fuel" for your brain after a night of fasting. Dinner can be limited to a salad with some proteins (a can of tuna in water, boiled egg, chicken breast..).
