For the past 3 weeks, my palm has been getting very dried despite the fact that I drink a good amount of water. I tried many moisturizers but no results. I do not suffer from dehydration.
If it doesn't respond to moisturizers then there are different possibilities such as contact dermatitis, psoriasis, fungal infection, postinfection, etc. Treatment would differ based on the cause so the best would be to get your hands examined if the problem persists to identify the cause of your problem.
