I am experiencing pain from the left side of the waist till the toe with pinching pain I guess on the nerve. And when I bent to pray, I experienced the pain on the waist and the gluteus of the hip.
It is possible that you have a compression syndrome. An MRI is needed to confirm the diagnosis.
